Job Summary
As a Manager's Assistant / Dispatcher,  you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints in our business office setting. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis independently.
Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets, Google Doc
Preferable Previous Sales & Administrative Experience
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
    • accepting service requests via portals, dispatch, email, phone
    • check messages, unscheduled work orders, ones needing acceptance in Dispatch
    • check and complete technician routes/work orders if any
    • work on follow ups and paused orders (oldest to newest)
    • assign jobs to technicians, confirm they are starting routes accordingly on time
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
    • Supervise Dispatch Operations As Needed
    • Coordinate Dispatch Services As Needed
    • Oversee Customer's Payments Have Been Received As Needed
    • Create Employees Work Schedule As Needed
    • Assist with Customers/Vendor Applications As Needed
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years admin experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
 

 
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
