MANAGER'S ASSISTANT / DISPATCHER

Be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis independently.
Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets, Google Doc
Preferable Previous Sales & Administrative Experience
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- accepting service requests via portals, dispatch, email, phone
- check messages, unscheduled work orders, ones needing acceptance in Dispatch
- check and complete technician routes/work orders if any
- work on follow ups and paused orders (oldest to newest)
- assign jobs to technicians, confirm they are starting routes accordingly on time
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Supervise Dispatch Operations As Needed
- Coordinate Dispatch Services As Needed
- Oversee Customer's Payments Have Been Received As Needed
- Create Employees Work Schedule As Needed
- Assist with Customers/Vendor Applications As Needed
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
